Buddhabrot
This is another Buddhabrot rendering, although you might not guess it just by looking. It includes the familiar (but slightly twisted) Mandelbrot bulb structure in the middle, as well as various other structures resembling different Julia sets. Mixed in with both are mostly smooth circular blobs that more readily resemble a Buddhabrot image. If you compare this image with the Blobblebrot you might notice some similarities between it and the symmetric structures visible on the left and right sides of this image.
The two things that set this image apart are (1) the usage of non-zero z₀ and (2) selectively sampling c. The former has the visual effect of splitting or otherwise perturbing the usually smooth period blobs into all kinds of sharp and turbulent shapes. The latter is primarily used to ignore the main cardioid of the Buddhabrot since if it was included it would outshine all the other structures which are revealed in its absence.
