Buddhabrot
A more detailed look at some of the patterns found on the side of Buddhabrot — a median composition of 360 billion individually drawn pixels (here downscaled from the original 8K image) stacked together with a NASA deep star map. Note though, that most of the visible small points are actually mini-Buddhabrots, not stars!
The name is a reference to a science fiction novel by Stanisław Lem.
